(Electronics/NanoScience/ NanoElectronics/Physics/Applied Physics/Applied Electronics/E&I OR BE / B.Tech / ME/M.Tech in (EEE / Electronics/ EE/ECE/ Electronics & Instrumentation/VLSI/ Microelectronics/Nanotechnology/ MEMS) or equivalent; selected through a process described through any one of the following: a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE OR
- M.Sc. (Physics/Electronics)/B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. (ECE / Electronics & Instrumentation / EEE / Electronics / Nanotechnology / Embedded Systems / VLSI & Embedded) or equivalent; selected through a process described through any one of the following: a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.OR
