  Assistant (General)
• 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed (35 w.p.m. in English or30 w.p.m. in Hindi) and using the computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.

Junior Secretariat Assistant (Finance &Accounts)

• 10+2/XII or equivalent with Accountancy as a subject and proficiency in computer type speed (35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi) and in using the computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
• Junior SecretariatAssistant (Stores &Purchase)
• 10+2/XII or it’s equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed (35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi) and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
• Junior Stenographer
  (English)
• 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed (English-40 w.p.m.) and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
• Junior Stenographer
  (Hindi)
• 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed (Hindi-35 w.p.m.) and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
• NOTE : For all the posts – knowledge of computer, preferably MS Office,

Candidates are required to upload his/her recent passport size scanned photograph and signature (maximum size 100 KB) at the specified place in the online application. 

Interested candidates are advised to apply in time to avoid the last-minute rush. 

The candidates are required to apply/submit separate applications for Junior Secretariat Assistant and Junior Stenographer.

Candidates applying for the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant (Gen./F&A/S&P) must indicate their preference of posts indicating the postcode in the application form.
