Eligibility

Scientific Assistant C :

  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) (Diploma in Engineering (Three Years after S.S.C.) OR HSC (10+2) + Two years Diploma course in Engineering (Approved by AICTE)). OR
  • B.Sc. with the combination of subjects Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. (Minimum 50% marks in Diploma in Engineering/B.Sc.) And
  • One year Diploma/Certificate in Industrial Safety And
  • Candidate should have 4 years of relevant experience after obtaining requisite qualification.

NOTE : Candidates who have pursued Diploma through Lateral entry to 2nd year Diploma after Xth (SSC) + ITI are not eligible.

Nurse-A :

  • XII Standard and Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (3 years Course) OR
  • B.Sc. (Nursing) OR
  • Nursing ‘A’ certificate with 3 years experience in Hospital OR
  • Nursing Assistant Class III & above from the Armed Forces

Assistant Grade-I (HR, F&A, C&MM) :

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised University / Institution.
  • Essential requirements for Skill Test
    (a) Typewriting Test A speed of 30 words per Minute in English typing on PC.
    (b) Computer Proficiency Test
    (c) Candidates should have passed a Certificate Course of duration of not less than 6 months on MS Windows Operating System and Desktop Applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and Power Point), e-mail Management and Internet Surfing.
  • However, Certificate Course will not apply to the candidates who have studied computer science/computer applications as one of the subjects in their school or college curriculum.

Steno Grade-I :

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised University / Institution.
  • Essential requirements for Skill Test
    (a) 1. A speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenography.
    2. A speed of 40 words per minute in English typing on PC.
    Preference will be given to those candidates who possess knowledge of Hindi typing/Hindi Stenography
    (b) Computer Proficiency Test
    (c) Candidates should have passed a Certificate Course of duration of not less than 6 months on MSWindows Operating System and
    Desktop Applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and Power Point), e-mail Management and Internet Surfing.
  • However, Certificate Course will not apply to the candidates who have studied computer science/computer applications as one of the subjects in their school or college curriculum.
  • Scientific Assistant-C (Safety Supervisor) – Rs.44,900/-
  • Nurse-A – Rs.44,900/-
  • Assistant Grade-1 (HR) – Rs.25,500/-
  • Assistant Grade- 1(F & A) – Rs.25,500/-
  • Assistant Grade-1(C&MM) – Rs.25,500/-
  • Steno Grade-1 – Rs.25,500/-

 Selection process

  • Written examination will be of one session with 100 Multiple Choice questions (choice of 04 answers) of 2 hours duration consisting of two parts. Part-1- English & Quantitative Aptitude for 35 questions and Part -2-Respective Discipline (Subject knowledge) for 65 questions. 03 (Three) marks to be awarded for each correct answer and 01 (one) mark to be deducted for each incorrect answer.
  • The Qualifying Standards for General Category (UR) is 40% marks and OBC(NCL) is 30% marks. Those who qualify in the written examination will be shortlisted for Personal Interview in the ratio of 1:5.
  • Final selection will be based on the overall performance in written examination and personal interview with equal weightage

Selection Process for Nurse-A : 

  • The Written Examination will be in two stages
  • Stage-1- Preliminary Test (1 Hour Duration) : It will be a screening examination to be held to shortlist candidates
  • Stage-2- Advanced Test (2 Hours Duration) : The level of questions will be related to their qualifying academic / professional / technical qualification. The Test will comprise 50 Multiple choice questions (Choice of four answers) with 03 (Three) marks to be awarded for each correct answer and 01 (one) mark to be deducted for each incorrect answer.
  • Stage 3: Skill Test : Based upon the merit list prepared after Stage-2, candidates in each trade will be shortlisted for Skill Test
